Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, independent and organized nanny to support the development and daily routine of our 4-year-old daughter.
This is not a passive role. We need someone who takes initiative, plans ahead, and actively contributes, rather than waiting for instructions.
🔹 What this role really requires:
* You anticipate needs
* Plan and lead daily age-appropriate educational activities
* Encourage language development, conversation, and curiosity
* You take responsibility for keeping the child’s routine structured and consistent
* You notice what works / doesn’t work and adjust your approach
🔹 Main Responsibilities:
* Lead daily play-based learning and interaction
* Encourage conversation, curiosity, and independence
* Maintain a structured routine
* Keep child-related areas clean and organized
* Manage child’s laundry and belongings
🔹 Requirements:
* Experience with young children (ages 3–6)
* Good English (spoken is essential)
* Strong sense of responsibility and organization
* Comfortable working with independence and accountability
* Willing to travel internationally
🔹 Preferred:
* Background in education or teaching
* Experience creating activities for children
* Experience working with international families
🔹 Compensation:
* Salary: USD 800/month (reviewed based on performance)
* Live-in with private accommodation
* Health insurance
* 1 day off per week
