Position Overview

Join us in Ibiza as a full-time, live-in Personal Assistant who can seamlessly manage our household’s day-to-day logistics, with the flexibility to assist as a Nanny, Housekeeper, or Chef when needed. We’re looking for someone who thrives on creating and following systems, is passionate about health-conscious living, and is excited by the prospect of long-term growth within our family and businesses. If you are a specialist in one of the areas above, it is not necessary to participate in all of the roles, we are looking for a variety of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Task Management: Coordinate appointments, organize travel logistics, and manage personal schedules for family members.

House Management: Oversee household operations, from groceries and supply inventories to property maintenance coordination. Must be comfortable ensuring all household needs—particularly around cleanliness and organization—are consistently met.

Cooking & Nutrition: Support our strict organic, grass-fed, gluten-free approach by helping research new recipes, assisting in meal prep, or working alongside our chef/housekeeper.

Childcare Assistance (as needed): Provide newborn support—feeding, changing, and interactive care—especially when the primary nanny is unavailable.

System Building: Implement new workflows (e.g., a digital recipe library or scheduling app), ensuring each family member and staff can easily follow them.

Qualifications:

Experience in personal assisting, project management, or administrative roles
Fluent English; bilingual in Spanish or another language is a bonus
Detail-oriented with a desire to create, refine, and maintain household systems
Interest or experience in healthy lifestyles (organic diets, natural products, etc.)
Willing to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
Valid driver’s license (ideal but not mandatory), open to travel (ideal but not mandatory)
