I am an American resident of Greece. I was a criminal prosecutor in New York City; a professional actor in NY, LA and Beijing; and an independent film-maker.
I exercise strenuously daily, but my doctor recommends a live-in assistant in case of emergencies.
I'm a former professional athlete; I have an artificial knee but it does not limit me. I stretch regulalrly, and require limited assistance with some of the movements.
I do not require a cook. Your large bedroom and private bath are on a separate floor. You have access to the entire house and to the property, which is substantial, with 208 olive trees.
I pay for travel, living expenses, and food.
I am presently writing my second novel.
