I’ve spent several years working as a live-in nanny and caregiver, and it’s become such a meaningful part of my life. The family I’ve been with the longest has three amazing kids — I started with them when all three were still in diapers, and one of them is on the autism spectrum. Over the years, I’ve supported them through different stages of childhood, from bedtime routines to school projects, and I’ve taught them to speak both English and French. Watching them grow into confident, happy kids has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever experienced.

Beyond childcare, I’ve also house-sat, pet-sat, and helped manage households when families were traveling or busy. I’m the type of person who starts the morning with good energy — usually coffee in hand, some quiet music, or a walk with my dog, Tiva. I love nature, animals, and a balanced lifestyle. I cook simple, healthy meals (I’m big on vegetables and Mediterranean-style food), and I’m always happy to help out around the kitchen. I’m not a fan of overly spicy or processed food, but I enjoy trying new dishes and learning about other cultures through cooking.

Personality-wise, I’m gentle, reliable, and emotionally mature. I’ve learned from both hands-on caregiving and professional environments how important patience, adaptability, and kindness are. I’m confident with routines, schedules, and multitasking, but I also know how to stay calm when things get hectic. I’m the kind of person who brings a sense of peace to the home — the energy that helps everyone exhale a little.

In addition to my caregiving work, my background in aviation maintenance and project coordination has taught me structure, precision, and the importance of safety and accountability.
