My husband, I and our mini-schnauzer are looking for assistance
with household.We are both in our 50’s. You need not have professional
housekeeping experience. We are both laid back, retired and informal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(15 hrs/week M-F in exchange for R&B): *Cleaning *Organizing *Errands
*Light meal prep/cooking
EXPECTATIONS:
Must be a down to earth capable young adult. We are flexible to allow
time for a secondary job or school and will attempt to accommodate.
Willing to witness and offer basic aide with medical emergencies like
epileptic seizures (we will train). Need be an honest, clean, dependable,
caring, committed, and intelligent person. Any hours worked above
15 hrs/week will be paid. Hourly rate negotiated at time of offer.
*Special consideration to be be given for a long term commitment
(1 year+), can play the piano, have a good sense of humor, and
are bi-lingual in Spanish. We have a 5 year old and infant
grandsons. We need someone that is open to periodically assist
with them if needed.
