Family's Introduction to Au Pair
We're a warm, busy family based in the Charlotte, NC area with two young children a toddler (22 months) and a newborn. Both parents work, and we're looking for a caring, dependable au pair or nanny to join our household and become a genuine part of our family's daily rhythm. We value trust, open communication, and someone who brings both nurturing energy and a sense of fun to the role.

We're open to live-in or live-out arrangements and are flexible on schedule we'd love to find the right person first and work out the details together. Hours and days will be discussed based on mutual fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Infant Care
Feeding support (bottle feeding, burping, soothing)
Diaper changes, bathing, and nap routines
Tracking feeding and sleep schedules
Recognizing and responding to newborn cues
Toddler Care
Engaging our 22-month-old in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outdoor time
Supporting language development through reading, singing, and conversation
Maintaining consistent routines around meals, naps, and bedtime
Encouraging social and emotional development with patience and positivity
