We love to travel, and we would be happy to take our au pair if she is willing to join in our adventures. our children are normal and growing fast, my wife and I have been married for 12 years before our first child (we enjoyed traveling for too long!). I was born in the USA, and I met my wife in Korea. we both moved to the USA. I am a lawyer and my wife is an artist. we love eating good food and having a good time with friends and family.
You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. We are flexible with time off if we can coordinate in advance.
No smoking or drug use. no excessive alcohol when caring for kids. respectful behavior toward all family. no physical punishment or yelling at children. be punctual with agreed-upon schedules. clean up after yourself (bedroom, bathroom, common areas). no cell phone or earbuds while supervising children. no leaving children unattended. no guests or parties unless preapproved by host family. Inform us if you will be out late at night.

Our first child (Raina) goes to daycare from 9-4PM every day Monday through Friday. My wife stays at home with our second child. I work from home so I can help here and there. My mom comes once or twice a week. so we already have many hands to help. But we would like some extra help tidying up at home, helping briefly during the mornings when getting ready for daycare, between dinner and sleep (~4-7pm), and some help here and there on the weekends. We have two cars, so the au pair can drive any car we are not using. Since my wife does not work and I am work from home, we typically have at least one car at home.
We are in between los angeles and san diego, in southern california. the weather is the best! sunny but not humid, a small number of clouds in the sky, and similar temperature year round. we live in a safe neighborhood with many asian restaurants and supermarkets
